At Wards Shoe Shops Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
